| Minister of Health Dr Leslie Ramsammy has been appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of the new Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), according to Caribbean Community (CARICOM).CARICOM further stated that Dr. Ramsammy’s appointment is in accordance with Article 9 Section 3 of the Inter- Governmental Agreement which established CARPHA as a legal entity.
