| La Jalousie murder trial…The trial into the murder of Mahadeo Singh, called Shanta Ram,Nike Shox Clearance, continued yesterday with defence counsel Bernard DeSantos making legal arguments in the absence of the jury.The matter is fixed for continuation tomorrow, when the defence is expected to produce witnesses.On trial is Rambarran Singh,Nike Free Run Shoes Clearance, who is accused of stabbing Mahadeo Singh,Air Max 97 Black Leather, his eldest brother, to death at La Jalousie, West Coast Demerara on March 22, 2005.The matter is being heard by Justice Brassington Reynolds and a 12-member jury in the Supreme Court.The prosecution is contending that bad relationship over a property led to Rambarran Singh killing his eldest brother,Air Max 97 Undefeated Green, Mahadeo Singh, also called Shanta Ram,Nike Shox Women Clearance, at La Jalousie, West Coast Demerara on March 22,Cheap Air Max 90 Shoes, 2005.The accused allegedly stabbed the victim 21 times.The matter is being prosecuted by special state prosecutor Jailall Kissoon. |
