| Jeweller Satyanand Rampersaud,Nike Air Max 97 Silver Bullet Australia, 29, who police said drove recklessly and caused the deaths of two Essequibo young men, on Sunday, was slapped with four charges yesterday.Rampersaud is scheduled to make his first appearance at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s court today.Rampersaud struck down and killed 20-year-old Colin Anthony John and his friend 23-year-old, Adrian Junior Osborne, both of Henrietta Village, early Sunday morning, while the pair was walking to their homes in the company of friends.They were on the Richmond Public road when they were killed.
