The objectives of the assessment include: conducting a strategic review of the ERC by reviewing documentation and meeting with stakeholders, facilitating a retreat of the ERC to discuss findings, validating findings with stakeholders and producing a final report of the process.Mr. Lawrence Lachmansingh has been a consultant for 13 years, and has worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the Electoral Assistance Bureau (EAB).He is an MBA graduate with a diverse local and international project management experience, with expertise in the promotion of governance and peace, and specialisation in the thematic areas of elections, civil society, and conflict transformation. |
