Planning to breathe new life to the ageing pavilions at Newcastle and Merewether ocean baths, Newcastle City Council is to seek investment and ideas by private partners.
The local authority or council will make its first professional move next week towards seeking private interest in the iconic pavilions by means of calling for expressions of interest inside two sites.
The historical past listed pavilion at Newcastle Ocean Baths has sat largely with no any internal fitout since the important restoration of its facade Decade ago.
