WHITE PLAINS The Town of Bedford's lawyer says in court forms Air Jordan 4 Pink Foil its police officers are blameless in the death of Guatemalan immigrant Rene Perez.
The town submitted a motion yesterday to dismiss a federal legal action filed against Bedford, Mount Kisco plus Mount Kisco Police Officer George Bubaris. Section Court in White Plains that charges Bubaris dumped a new dying Rene Perez on a desolate grow of road in Bedford about April 28 because he was obviously a Guatemalan immigrant and that the towns were built with a policy of "border dumping" troublesome Guatemalan immigrants in each other's communities.
The Westchester County grand jury started out hearing evidence last week inside criminal investigation that has focused entirely on Bubaris and two other Mount Kisco law enforcement officials who responded to Perez's drunken Emergency services call from a Mount Kisco laundry Air Jordan 3 Nz mat April 28. "The Town of Bedford received nothing to do with (Perez's) death,Inch lawyer Steven C. Stern wrote in a 10 page memorandum which accompanied the town's action to dismiss the accommodate. "Transporting Rene Perez from Bedford to Mount Kisco has been neither a substantial factor in producing his death, nor was it a reasonably foreseeable consequence of this town of Bedford's actions."
Anival Perez' attorney at law disagreed with Stern's view.
"I assume it's quite clear Bedford and Attach Kisco established a pattern of line dumping pursuant to which Rene Perez died," Jonathan Lovett said.
Stern also said that Anival Perez lacked standing to sue, that will federal courts have acknowledged only the parent/child relationship as giving rise to a claim of damage through loss of a loved Air Yeezy 2 one.
Lovett explained there is case law to guide Anival Perez's claim as an injured get together. But, he said, he also envisioned an administrator for the dead man's estate will be named briefly.
