Youth quizzed over dogs' home blaze From Gazette Series
Hundreds of locals flocked to the site throughout Moss Brook Road with dog blankets, cages and foodstuff, with some reportedly helping to save some of the animals.
More than 31 firefighters brought the blaze at bay with damage caused about a third of the kennels.

Battersea Dogs Cats Home stated it was "incredibly saddened" to learn of the fire. A spokeswoman said: "We extend our deepest sympathies to all the workers and volunteers at the centre.
"We understand this awful incident may have led to the losing of life of several rescue dogs.
"Battersea is very willing to help in by any means we can over the coming days and weeks and we have used contact with the Manchester recovery centre to see how we can hold them at this difficult time.Inch
A JustGiving account set up from the Manchester Evening News in the wake of the fire has got raised more than 100,Thousand in the space of a few hours, with donors from over the UK and even abroad.
