Tesoro Logistics to buy assets
Tesoro Logistics will offer 6.3 million units in connection with the purchase, the partnership said in regulatory filings.
The assets it's buying include two marine terminals, a marine storage Ralph Lauren Uk terminal, a products terminal, a petroleum coke handling and storage facility, more than 100 miles Nike Yeezy 2 Uk of pipelines for crude oil and refined products, Nike Cortez and related properties, the partnership said.
The assets Tesoro Logistics is buying were part of BP's Southern California refining and marketing business that locally based refiner Tesoro acquired for $2.4 billion on June 1.
The closing of the acquisition isn't dependent on the closing of the unit offering, and the offering isn't dependent on the closing of the purchase, the partnership said.
If the purchase isn't consummated for any reason Tesoro Logistics may use the proceeds from the sale Cheap Hollister Uk for general purposes, including future acquisitions and capital program expenditures, the company said.
Tesoro Logistics made the announcement after the close of the market. Its units closed at $53.01, off 84 cents a unit, in New York Stock Exchange trading.
San Antonio based Tesoro Corp. partially spun off Tesoro Logistics in April 2011, and holds a 40 percent stake Cheap Nike Air Max 90 in the partnership, including a 2 percent interest in the general partner.
