A. Right from the start I've been welcomed here with open hands. The boys have trained hard for me and completed everything I've asked of these so I'm really awaiting the start of the season.
Q. Here's your first coaching gig at NEAFL level. How has the job met your expectations?
Your. Where I was coaching prior to [with Culcairn in the Hume Football League] I had to make everything, right through from sorting out your drinks and things like which. Here, there's so much assistance around you and the level of trustworthiness is so much higher that I believe it's easier to coach listed here than at a country football team. The other side of it is that targets are obviously a little bit higher at the same time.
Q. There are a lot of new confronts at the club this season, by yourself included. How have the offseason signings combined with the existing squad?
A. The advantage of this team is that every new players who come in are built to feel like they've been here once and for all. I think the recruits we've brought in are going to play a large part in this team. Someone like Josh Bryce, with his leadership, he's going to make a massive difference to our backline. Jarrod Atkinson naturally as well with his AFL experience is going to bring a lot so I am pretty excited by Vibram Nz Five Finger the trainees we've picked up.
Q. Having the squad together let's focus on a few months, who are you excited about seeing in action this weekend?
The. Guys like James Kavanagh as well as Ryan Quade I think are going Monster Beats Studio Nz to have another excellent year. One guy who's really impressed me is Paul Franchi, I think he's in for an excellent year. Q. Looking in advance, what are your expectations for the coming season?
A. Air Max Nz Every one's dream is to win any premiership but our main goal this holiday season is to make finals. That's what I like the main focus of the squad to be on. With a top five this season I believe we're a really good chance.
T. You knocked off Tuggeranong pretty perfectly in your last preseason trial, may Tigers fans expect success this weekend?
A. I don't assume this game is going to be as easy as persons might think. Tuggeranong finished above you last year and they're still in the same way strong so we've got a little bit of work ahead of us. Q. Finally, regardless of the result within the weekend, what do you want to see with the squad in round a person?
A. A big key for many people is our discipline.
