Even with Maassel's request that the speakers discuss "specific" ideas and refrain from centering on "what's wrong," most audio speakers commented on the proposed program and favored adding educators and staff, renovating facilities rather than building new, plus supporting redistricting and a referendum.

Stephens known that the community supported a fresh hospital, a new playground and also new downtown park.
