These customers will be required to pay a reconnection fee of G$6000 (domestic customers) and G$13 000 (commercial customers).”GWI’s Billings Manager, Julie Ragnauth stated that the company has experienced challenges with the delivery of bills via post. “A number of bills were returned and we are working to rectify all issues with the Post Office,” stated Ragnauth, “however customers are aware that they are utilizing our service and should enquire about their service charges via our call centre.
