Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan granted a fish cleaner bail in the sum of $100,000 after he was accused ofJamal Letlowstealing a CG motorcycle, when he appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts yesterday.It is alleged that on November 6, at West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, Jamal Letlow, while in the company of others, stole motorcycle CF 4344 valued at $240,000—property of Shawn Edu.Letlow, 20, who resides at John Fernandes Squatting Area, was ordered to return to court on January 6, before Magistrate Dylan Bess.Police Prosecutor Deniro Jones did not oppose the defendant being granted pre-trial liberty. However, he requested that bail be set in a substantial amount. Jones pointed out that the item was not recovered and that neighbours saw Colin Harry removing the cycle.Harry, 21, who resides at Lot 8 Meadow Brook Gardens,Wholesale MLB Jerseys, Georgetown, was also charged last week for stealing the said motorcycle. He was released on $150,000 bail and will make his next court appearance on the same day as his co-accused.
