Seetaram also stated that Stevenson was recorded on a surveillance camera removing the article,Toronto Maple Leafs Gear, which has not been recovered.The prosecutor stated that the issue of bail should not be considered since the defendant had several brushes with the law, all similar in nature.Seetaram explained that if bail is given there is the likelihood of Stevenson repeating the offence.Bail was denied and the accused is expected to make another court appearance on May 15.
