A popular Pharmacist of Bush Lot Village,Washington Wizards Jerseys, West Coast Berbice, and a second occupant of a car were killed in a horrific accident at Bath Settlement yesterday afternoon. Four others are listed as critical.Dead are Canada-based Guyanese, Shiv Hanoman, 48, and tattoo artist, Neru Bankay, 22 of Bush Lot Housing Scheme.The accident occurred around 13:30 hrs and it involved a BMW convertible bearing number plate PFF 6999 driven by now deceased Bankay. The car was heading east to Rosignol. Reports state that Bankay attempted to overtake a truck and crashed head on into a car coming from the opposite direction.The impact caused the BMW to immediately burst into flames, according to eyewitnesses.On lookers watched from a safe distance as the two men perished. When the fire was eventually extinguished the body of the Canada-based Guyanese was burnt beyond recognition.
