She later excreted 42 pellets containing the illegal substance.Yesterday at her court hearing, she pleaded not guilty to a charge which stated that on May 17, at the aforementioned airport, she had 526 grammes of cocaine in her possession for the purpose of trafficking.Cheslie, who was unrepresented by an Attorney, was denied her pre trial liberty, after Police Prosecutor Bharrat Mangru objected to bail.However, she told the court that she has no relatives in Guyana and is unaware of the address she was residing at in the country.Meanwhile, a mother of four was also brought before the court after she allegedly had cocaine in her possession for the purpose of trafficking. As she was being hauled into the holding cell, upon seeing reporters she quickly threw a white rag over her face to prevent her photograph from being taken.Zainab Mohamed, 29, of 197 Pineapple Street, East Ruimveldt, denied the allegation which stated that on May 21, she had 1.426 kg of the illegal drug in her possession, also at the Ogle International Airport.Her attorney, Dexter Todd, in an unsuccessful bail application, told the court that his client has an unblemished criminal record. Although the Attorney acknowledged that special reasons must be advanced in these circumstances, he did not provide the court with any.Both women were remanded to prison until Monday, when they will appear before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
