The 60mm CPU fan in my small P3 933 on Asus CUSL2 C motherboard would be the noisiest part. I've unplugged your power/sensor cable leaving the supporter on the heatsink, and fitted a new Zalman BR123 fan arm with a quiet 80mm case fan to strike on the old unplugged supporter.
To reduce nosie, I've also replaced the two 80mm Antec case fans at the rear of the case with one 80mm tranquil case fan. Results: Asus PC Oakley Racing Jacket Probe shows that the CPU heat has gone up by Just one 2C, to 34 38C, depending on CPU load, and mobo temp by means of 2C to 33C. Guess I can live with Louis Vuitton Mens Wallet that.
It would be nice however, to remove the old fan departing the heatsink in place, without having to eliminate the whole FHS from the CPU, along with without removing the mobo first. I Oakley Frogskins Polarized Nz Can't see any Louis Vuitton Outlet Nz screws on the older fan. There are 4 superficial holes near each corner that look like screw holes, the centre of each will be slightly curved (I think), but there is however no slot to fit some sort of screwdriver. Could be plugs as well as bolts. Any help generally Air Jordan 1.html there please?
(Perhaps this should will end up in a separate post) My future project is to quieten down the Maxtor harddrive. It has a high pitch whine all the time, Michael Kors Wellington and when powering in place, sounds like a jet website firing up. I'm thinking of using a hard disk enclosure just like the Molex SilentDrive, or even an external USB/IDE box and put the box as far away as they can.
