It isn't dumbing down the Internet at all. It's creating an intranet of forms with kid frindly sites. I'm strongly agains't all forms of censorship, but it's the same as me saying that they have to allow porn tv channels but will also allow the disney channel. Does the fact that the disney direct is on tv mean that you will be being censored? No, just don't watch it. I know I wouldn't desire my kids stumbling upon some of the things I have seen on the net though, and for that reason I think it's a good idea.
