The result, award winning, integrated campaigns, continues to set us apart as one of the top creative agencies in the country."The agency hired a senior interactive developer and associate interactive designer and moved two digital team members into new positions, information architect and digital strategist, to maximize their expertise and meet the agency's changing needs.Patrick Bryan is Bailey Lauerman's new associate interactive designer. His experience spans a broad spectrum, from motion graphics to print design. While at Iowa State University, Bryan studied abroad in Rome and worked as a motion graphic designer, creating promotional advertisements for the university and virtual dorm tours for its website. He earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design, graduating with honors. Bryan also put his skills to use for various non profit groups, including WFPF, DJ Click N Play and Impulse Parkour.Ron Eis has moved into the new role of information architect. He works closely with clients and teams at the front end of website and app projects to define the user experience, develop wireframes and requirements that will be used for development. Since joining Bailey Ray Ban Wayfarer Sizes Lauerman in September 2001 as an interactive art director, Eis has worked on Ralph Lauren New Zealand Rugby interactive projects for Honeywell, Bendix/King, Exmark Oakley Prescription Sunglasses Nz Manufacturing, Ameritas Group and Nationwide Insurance among others. Before that, he spent 10 years at Aliant Communications/Alltel in technical support and Web page/database development. Before joining Bailey Lauerman in 2011, he worked as a freelance consultant on social media and emerging technology for several celebrities and international brands. Hale earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts with majors in communications/business and psychology from Augustana College.
