She is currently at home but cannot move her arms neither her right foot.The owner of the pitbull who lives a few houses away from Griffith is refusing to talk about the incident.A report has been made at the Timehri Police Station but according to the victim’s daughter the owner of the pet has since been released from custody.“No action has been taken”, said the woman’s daughter during a telephone interview.Residents believe that the attack would have been fatal had the passerby not rushed immediately to Ms. Griffith’s aid.Meanwhile, a concerned citizen lamented that he is concerned since the animal is still there and he is scared that attacks will be repeated. |
