This time last year Jimenez was at home, recovering from a broken leg suffered in a skiing accident.
That was another occasion when he was written off as a top player.
'This is my 26th year on tour and I hope to be going for another 25,' he said. We might be on safe ground writing him off in that regard. Other than that, all bets are off.
