It felt like another person throwing cold water in him. That's how Steve Hargrove describes learning that Dallas, tx planned to zone them out of business. City officials needed to make way for progress trends of high end shops and also apartments along the Trinity River.
At nearly 50, Hargrove was too old to start over, too young to retire. He previously had a kid in college and two far more he hoped to put through.

But property values may not rise much before actual improvement comes.
