| Magistrate Gordon Gilhuys made yet another court appearance before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, yesterday, but before the start of deliberations, his attorney,NFL Jerseys Cheap, Bernard De Santos, apologised on behalf of his client. He said that the defence had the timing “mixed up” hence the inconvenience that they had caused the courts.Magistrate Gilhuys was required to come to court at 09:00 hrs but was seen “strolling up” the court steps around 13:15 hrs.His lawyer added that they were eager to move on with the trial, adding that they would not be changing their plea.The lawyer told the court that there was much confusion on the last occasion about the vehicle’s license plate numbers.He added that the vehicle was originally registered as PLL 4282, but was changed to PLL 4582, following all the relevant procedures at the License Revenue Office.De Santos said that in relation to the unlicensed charge, the defence has documentation verifying that Gilhuys was indeed licensed. He added that the license dates back to June 2007 and would expire in June 2010.He said that the difficulty is that no one took the liberty of speaking with his client.
