The brothers are back together again, working side by side in the kitchens of the acclaimed Cavendish Hotel at Baslow, just three years after giving up the family run Druid Inn, Birchover.
Michael has been head chef at the Duke of Devonshire's four star Cavendish since 2010, and when a vacancy arose for pastry chef he persuaded older brother Bryan to apply. Bryan, who lives in Sheffield with his wife and two young children, was happy to seize the opportunity.
